You cannot beat the location of this rental apartment; you can enjoy the panoramic sea views only found on the Promenade, but to make it even better, you are slightly set back from the road. Prepare to spend several nights in on the terrace - it will be hard to find a restaurant or bar that competes!

Living Area

As soon as you enter the apartment you can enjoy the magnificent view, this is what life on the Riviera is all about!

Classic in style, the living room features two leather sofas, a coffee table and side tables as well as plenty of soft furnishings and lamps.

For entertainment the apartment is well-equipped; there is a 38 inch TV, Wi-Fi internet access, French cable TV including music channels and about five English channels, a DVD player and a radio, all for guests' use.

And of course, leading off from the living area is the large terrace with patio furniture where we reckon our guests will spend most of their time, enjoying the sea breeze and the view.

Kitchen

The living area and kitchen are open plan. The modern kitchen units hold a fridge with small freezer compartment, washing machine, a dishwasher, built-in oven with extractor fan, electric halogen hob and plenty of cupboard space containing all necessary utensils to cook and entertain.

Just off the dining room is a large round glass and wrought iron table with four chairs.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, and both benefit from ceiling fans.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with table lamps, a wardrobe and seven drawer chest as well as an easy chair. French windows lead onto a small balcony.

The elegant second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps along with a wardrobe. This bedroom also leads out onto a small balcony.

It would be a tight fit, but both bedrooms have space for a baby cot if you are travelling with a young child. Please see our packages at checkout for more details.

Bathroom

The fully tiled bathroom has a wash basin, vanity unit, and a rain shower.
