The whole compound is built according to good western standards: All buildings are erected with aerated gas bricks (20 cm Q-con superblocks), the roof is insulated with inflammable cellulose and is ventilated too.
There is cable-based Internet including Wi-Fi on the premises. There is a sophisticated drainage system is on place and all the wiring is underground. The gardens are watered by a semi-automatic sprinkler system. The water is free as there are two bore holes on the property.
There is always a pleasant breeze from the lake sweeping through the houses and across the outdoors.
