And there are other factors which help enhance a buildings reputation & price point besides quality and that can come down to other factors such as location, architecture, facilities etc.There are a few buildings in JLT which are borderline not exactly high-end but neither do they fall typically within the Mid-end bracket. In these cases, we have had to make a call and classify then one way or the other.For example, Lake Terrace has very high demand for studios and 1 bedrooms and the prices for studios are amongst the highest in JLT; one bedroom prices are touching the lower price bracket of the buildings which we classified as High-end.However, when it comes to this buildings 2 and 3 bedroom units, they are not very popular mainly because of certain awkward layouts or smaller sizes therefore, their 2 and 3 bedrooms definitely dont belong in the high-end category.
