Predicted turnover for 2014- 2015 had we still been there going by the strength of enquiries, emails etc. would have been in the region of £25,000 part time opening.
we only traded in the summer months closing in winter November to march, so there is loads of improvement in revenue opening all year and xmas, ( bookings for xmas 2014 were passed to a friends hotel bringing in another £2,500-£3,000 for them,
we only did room only or bed and breakfast, doing evening meals and opening all year could bring you inline with other hotel/guest houses in the street with turnovers exceeding £40,000 per anum,
taking stags and hens brings in £500 per night based on 20 guests, mainly 2 night stays at the weekend, (£1,000 per 2 nights)
there are many other ways of improving revenue, Blackpool is open 52 weeks of the year.
its taken a while to go through computer records to find the accounts, but here are some for the past couple of years,
