Bottero is situated on a quiet street, just three blocks (about 300 metres) from the Promenade des Anglais. It has a true French feel, a real home from home. Enjoy dining al fresco in this 20 square metre private garden terrace surrounded by summer plants, flowers and mature trees. Guests love that the apartment is close enough to dip into all the action - yet still far enough to dip out of it too.

Living Area

The parquet floors, French chandeliers, and large French windows bring a touch of elegance to the living area. The look is complemented by a leather two seater sofa, armchair, reading lamps and a dining table with four chairs.

There is also an LCD screen and DVD player. The apartment comes complete with Wi-Fi and French cable TV with some English channels and a CD player.

Kitchen

The homey kitchen comprises of simple white units, a grey worktop, a four-ring gas hob with extractor and an electric oven. There is also a washing machine and fridge-freezer.

Large French doors lead out onto the gorgeous garden terrace, and we bet most guests will take advantage of this dine alfresco at every opportunity, but to cater for all, there is also a traditional kitchen table with three chairs if you prefer to be indoors.

Bedrooms

The bedroom is quiet and spacious, and easily fits a king size bed. There is plenty of storage space in the free standing wardrobe, fitted wardrobes and dresser, and there are two antique chairs with small side table.

The room is wallpapered in a soft rose to match the curtains and soft furnishings. Large French double glazed doors lead out onto the peaceful garden terrace which overlooks a tree filled courtyard.

Bathroom

The recently installed classical bathroom, consists of a luxury marble bath with an overhead shower attachment; a white porcelain wash basin on a pedestal with a large oval mirror; two incandescent side lamps and a glass shelf for storing toiletries. The bathroom is fully tiled in light ivory marble with a stylish Art Deco decorative border, and the tapware is retro in style. There is also a stand with glass shelves and a towel support.

The separate WC, which has also been recently redone, is located just across the hall.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for two guests and utilities.
The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
