Living Area

The reasonably sized living room at the front of the property is decorated in a simple, modern and colourful style that is enhanced by the natural light that floods through the double windows opening onto a Juliette balcony. There is space for guests to relax in front of the TV on the three-seater sofa or separate armchair and space to eat at the white wood, Scandinavian style dining table that seats four.

There is also a coffee table, DVD player, Wi-Fi and ceiling fan to cool you down.

Kitchen

The practical and convenient kitchen provides ample space to prepare a modest meal and is equipped to Pebbles high standards. There is an oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Bedrooms

The first bedroom of Bouton d'Or is large and spacious and benefits from traditional parquet flooring and access onto the sunny and generous terrace. Touches of blue and yellow in this otherwise minimally styled space tie-in with the colourful outside furniture and those clear blue Riviera skies.

There is a king sized bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, large double mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom also benefits from access to the terrace. There is a bunk bed (with two single beds) fitted mirrored wardrobe and basic shelving. Elements of colour have been added in the striped curtains.

Bathroom

More traditional in style the bathroom is of a reasonable size and holds a bath with shower attachment, vanity unit, wash basin and toilet.

**A new bathroom is being fitted in October 2017 which will be fully tiled with a walk in shower, no bath. A new photo will be available then.**

There is also a second separate WC.

All prices for this holiday rental apartment are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels for four guests and utilities.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
