Residents can choose from 68 studio units, 10 larger studio units with separate bedroom, and five one-bedroom refurbished units, all with full kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The ground floor units open onto gardens and the other units have a balcony. Public bus services are available on Pennant Hills Road and Normanhurst train station is a 10-15 minute walk from Bowden Brae. The village bus is available fortnightly to take self care residents to the Hornsby shopping precinct which is approximately five minutes' drive. Regular church services are conducted and our chaplaincy team is available to offer support to residents and their families.
