Both with lovely views to an intimate garden with a small pool (the owner's father currently lives there). A covered terrace and indoors a nice kitchen plus the bathroom are there as well. Total privacy for instance for a couple of another generation or valued guests.

The main building - reached by passing a wooden bridge - consists of the impressive entrance hall and the gangway leading to the East and to the West.

To the East, you enter the dining-room, the salon and the library. Further, the kitchen and towards North, the covered, elevated outdoor terrace overlooking the park.

The owners are passionate cooks which is well reflected in the top modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large pantry is there as well.

To the West, you enter a stylish office that could be turned into a bedroom as a bathroom is right adjacent to it. Then the master-suite with its indoor en-suite bathroom plus the intimate open-air pool and relaxation area.

All relevant rooms overlook this wonderfully generous green spaces to be used for whatever suits you. Walkways, oriels, a Sala and water features as from 1001 night.

Many of the loose furniture are most valuable antiques. They can be purchased but come with a serious price tag. So the loose furniture is not included in the basic price of this property.

Of course, there are plenty of technicals and rationals to be mentioned. To make it short: All infrastructure you expect is there and we are pleased to explain the details. To mention is the fiber optic Internet cable providing those important speeds.
