The villa L-shaped layout provides seclusion with the private swimming pool as the centre point. The master bedroom will overlook the pool and garden, with the second and third bedrooms parallel. The living area is open plan and also has views and access to the pool area. A double car port and the maids quarters separate the main house from the next property.

Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a separate guest bathroom. The maids quarters has its own bathroom, there are also laundry and store rooms. A telephone line, cable/satellite TV and an internet connection available.

The villas are located around 20 minutes from the airport and a short drive from two of Phukets most famous beaches, Bang Tao and Surin. Layan beach is also close and less well known, but equally as beautiful and almost deserted. To the south are restaurants, shopping and family activities in bustling Patong or the more relaxed centre of the island. International schools and hospitals near Phuket Town are also easily accessed.
