JOB TITLE
BRIDGE ENGINEER *** Hong Kong

Do you want to work with one of the leading contractors in Asia involved in many major projects in Hong Kong. Looking for a challenge?

Our client is currently seeking candidates to fill the role of Bridge Engineer to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for all duties and tasks associated with design of bridges, transportation structures and all other structures associated with highways.
• Prepare structural engineering analysis and designs.
• Provide all supporting construction documents, detailed drawings, reports and reviews.
• Carry-out quality control checks.
• Monitor the progress of casting works, checking alignment, formwork, reinforcement, pre-stressing, grouting operations, etc.
• Assist the Project Manager in all duties.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, Masters would be preferred
• MUST have at least 2-5 years Bridge Engineer experience
• Candidates with less experience but can demonstrate the requirements needed for the role maybe considered for an Assistant Bridge Engineer
• MUST have Hong Kong experience
• Knowledge of planning software and construction industry
• Background in Structure and Highway industry is advantageous
• Must have strong organizational and verbal communication skills, and technical writing skills.
