Building Engineer – Singapore

Are you an experienced Building Engineer with Civil and Structural Operations experience with A1 Main Contractors in Singapore? Our client is actively looking for a Building Engineer who will be joining their growing team in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• The candidate will perform construction site works; interpret plans, estimate costs and quantities of materials required.
• Develop temporary works, plan, design and drawings.
• Prepare or assess costs estimates and documentation for tender and/or contract bids.
• Develop architectural and/or engineering drawings to ensure all specifications and regulations are followed.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure that design intentions are met.

BACKGROUND:

Our client is one of the largest General Contractors based in Singapore with large-scale projects in Singapore.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiar with local regulations.
• Skills: Interpersonal skills and Communications skills.
