A Business Development Executive is sought for a Multi National Construction and Civil Engineering Company. They are frequently associated the worlds leading Architecture projects around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Accountabilities

• Develop new business and expanding the existing business in assigned areas

• Attend client meetings, and participate in marketing activities

• Meet or exceed assign sales targets

• Cultivate effective long-term relationships at all levels of the customer organisation

• Ensure proper service delivery to valued clientele

From the beginning they have dedicated themselves to maintaining their position as one of the leaders of the construction industry in Singapore, with a good proven track record and reputation, they have the capability to deliver iconic and landmark projects.

Pre-requisites:

- Degree in Business, Marketing or any relevant discipline

- Minimum 3 years local construction experience

- Able to communicate efficiently at organisations

- Independent while being able to work with team to ensure timely delivery

- High degree of initiative and independence with strong analytical communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
