Our retirement village on the edge of Caloundra is like being on holiday everyday. It combines the amenities of a holiday resort, with the peace and tranquility of home. The village is situated on 45 acres of beautifully landscaped bushland, only minutes from the beach and local town.

Each villa is spacious and beautifully appointed, surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens. The villas are well positioned to maximize the privacy of all residents. However, when our residents want the pleasure of camaraderie, the local community centre is abuzz with friendly neighbours.

One of the residents even started a community TV channel, so residents may share stories and travel photos with others. It is now receiving enquiries from local advertisers wanting to gain the attention of the local residents.

The village is accessed with wide open roads and there is plenty of room to park caravans and boats, all the toys needed for our style of retirement living.
