This unique house has 5 double rooms, all with private bathrooms, plus an extensive suite of 80m2 with a dressing room, bathroom and jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing, and a library where you can enjoy reading sat at the edge of the fireplace.The interior of the house is accessed through a large hall where we find a great piano. This room leads to a large living room with bright dining area and a south-facing terrace, where you can relax enjoying the views of the private garden and lush forests of the Gavarres. The house is surrounded by porches that during the hot days of summer invite us to lunch and dine surrounded by the essence and character of the Empordà and its exceptional environment.In the southwest part of the house there is swimming pool surrounded by lawns where you can enjoy the sun of the Costa Brava or shelter under the porches for cooking, dining, table- tennis and changing. The rental of the house includes a person of service for 8 hours each day, a domestic employee with housing and own car within the grounds of the estate.
