This lovely two bedroom home was built in 2004 by a Swiss constructor. It is solid, anticyclonic, antisysmic, built according to European standards with the best materials. It is located in Playa Coson, only 5 km from Las Terrenas/Samana, a small typical Caribbean town where you will find supermarkets, shops, boutiques, travel agencies, cafes, restaurants, discos as well
The property consists of a large tropical garden, in total 1.711 sq. meters with several fruit-trees and automatic lighting. It is surrounded by a high wall, metal railing and a hedge of hibiscus, with a rail-mounted gate. The kiosk with a cocktail bar, shower and WC has a size of 43 sq. meters and the casita with 27 sq. meters provides a water cistern and is fully equipped (machines and tools) -Electricity 110 v. /220 v. in every building. Constant electricity supply (and therefore water supply) is guaranteed by an invertor backup with 8 industrial batteries when the electricity local company causes blackouts. - Gas water heater and stove. - When we lived there we had Sky TV and Internet-wifi, which can be reactivated any time. At the moment there is a USB Internet connection - Completely furnished and equipped house - The kiosk could easily be transformed into an independent bungalow and more bungalows can be built on the premises to rent for holidays.
