Liberty Senior Living Carseldine Gardens Retirement Village offers mature adults aged 50 and over easy retirement living in modern 1 or 2 bedroom villas, where residents can enjoy an affordable and independent lifestyle in a secure community environment.

The retirement village is located on prime real estate at Carseldine, a popular suburb in North Brisbane, Qld and contains 143 villas consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom villas with a centrally located Community Centre and Tavernetta Function Centre.

The retirement village is set on 7.5 acres with landscaped gardens and adjoins parkland which features a pergola and picnic area. The location of the retirement village is ideal being close to public transport such as buses and Carseldine Railway Station.

The retirement village is also close to most amenities, including a medical centre, chemist and local shops at Clocktower Shopping Centre on Beams Road, and Woolworths and specialty shops at Carseldine Central on Gympie Road. The retirement village is also a short distance from the Aspley Pick'N'Pay Hypermarket, Centro Taigum Shopping Centre and Westfield Chermside.

The Aspley Bowling Club, Aspley Leagues Club and Zillmere Sports Club are located just a short drive from Carseldine Gardens. Kedron-Wavell Services Club also provides free transport to and from Carseldine Gardens.

Tenancy options include 1 or 2 year fixed term tenancies or short term tenancies may be available by arrangement. Villas are rented unfurnished. Furnished villas may be available by arrangement.

Tenants may be eligible for government rental assistance. Rents start from $335 per week for a 1 bedroom villa and from $350 per week for a 2 bedroom villa. A rental bond of 4 weeks rent is required plus 2 weeks rent in advance.
