Casale di Brolio is a recently renovated 19th century stone built farmhouse located in the Val di Chiana.
With wonderful views it is a few kilometres to both Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino and Lucignano, Marciano and Civitella are not far away.

The property consists of a hotel, a restaurant and independent accommodation for a potential owner or members of staff.

The hotel accommodation is on the second floor of the building and there are four double rooms and two suites; all beautifully restored and with air conditioning. In addition there is a reception area, a living/dining room that is used to serve breakfasts and that can also be used as a conference or meeting room.

The restaurant can seat up to 70 diners with up to 300 in the garden and is a perfect venue for weddings and events. The kitchen and pantry are well equipped and communicate with the dining room a wine cellar equipped for both storing and tasting.

What would be the owner's house is on two floors; the ground floor consists of a large 60 square metre fully equipped kitchen, two reception rooms (one with a fireplace and the other with a stove), a study, a bathroom with shower and a couple of utility rooms.
