This is a wonderful holiday apartment. The superior finish of the Italian travertine floor throughout, vaulted ceilings, combined with the fabulous terrace, means it is worth stretching the budget for if you're looking for something special. Friends or family whose top lists of wants are location, outside space and superior finish will be hard pushed to find better.

Living Area

Like most of our rental apartments, the living area and dining area are open plan. More uniquely, the well thought out double glazing that pushes out inside the walls means the terrace can be open plan too! So with a two seater sofa inside, two wicker lounge sofas outside, sun loungers and then the more formal dining area with antique table and eight high backed leather chairs, you will be spoilt for choice for where to relax.

For entertainment there is a 20 inch LCD screen and DVD player, and Wi-Fi is also available.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen is compact, but again no expense has been spared on the bespoke units, granite worktop and built-in fridge freezer, washing machine / tumble dryer, microwave, four-ring electric hob and dishwasher. Whether for a formal meal on the antique dining table or casual nibbles on the terrace, you will find everything you need.

Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are similar in size and look.

The ground floor bedroom has a super king size bed with reading lamps either side. There is a double wardrobe and chest of drawers and an LCD screen if you prefer to watch TV in bed (DVD's only - this TV has no channels). There is also a small window for natural light looking out into the building atrium.

The second bedroom is upstairs. There is a king size bed along with reading lamps, and a large fitted wardrobe. Again there is a window which, in this case, has a great view of the Cathedral Dome and the Nice hills.

Travel cots will be a struggle in both bedrooms and a travel cot might be better suited to the living area.

Bathroom

The ensuite bathroom leading from the bedroom has a walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a downstairs bathroom which has a bath with shower attachment, toilet and a wash basin.

The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
