La Poterie is an idyllic and deceptively large cottage situated in a National Park in Lower Normandy. It is accessed from the old Roman road between Domfront and Mayenne. The entrance to the property opens into the dining area and communal area with a traditional French dining table and dresser included. The kitchen is modern and the utilities have only been used in holiday periods. There is a downstairs bathroom and WC. The seller would include furniture in the sale price. While the garden has been grassed over there has in the past been a vegetable patch and fruit trees abound from the time it was a working farm with high yields of cherries, apples and pears.
