Centre Manager

Our Client has been recognized as an employer of choice through out the Asian region. As an international Asian firm based in Singapore, they are strategically based in the heartbeat of Asia. Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated centre manager to join their team.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
? Maintenance Management.
? Lead Team
? Ensure quality customer service
? Supervise and oversee OPEX and CAPEX of Commercial property
? Foster a healthy relationship between tenants and landlord
? Monthly reports to be submitted to management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote good relations between tenants and the client. As centre manager you must have high energy and be able to lead a team of 5 to increase productivity. Tracking and controlling costs to stay within allocated budget. As well as Crisis management to make sure disturbances are attended to immediately.

THE NATURE OF OUR CLIENTS BUSINESS

Asia based our client is branch of a multinational firm with a strong presence in Singapore. Our client specializes in asset management and has an extensive portfolio of different property from retail, offices and residential within the region.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? Degree in Real Estate Management
? Must have at least 5 years experience in field
? Min. 3 years management experience of Commercial properties
? Strong communication skills
? High energy in order to keep up with the lively work environment.
