This chalet is located between the village of La Riviere Enverse and Morillon from where you have access to the excellent Grand Massif ski domain.

The chalet was built in 2013 by a specialised chalet builder on 802m2 of land. It has a "habitable" floor area of 79m2 but you can add another 11.5m2 which has a sloping ceiling (under 1.8m). The garage measures 46m2.

* Lower Ground Floor
A large garage and a laundry room.

* First Floor
This is also the upper ground floor on the garden side and faces south. An entrance hall, the living room with its spectacular views of the Pic du Marcelly and Criou mountains, an open equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with WC.

* Top Floor
On the top floor, with partly sloping ceilings, are three bedrooms and a bathroom with WC.

* Morillon
Morillon is a pretty Savoyard village in the French Alps. Steeped in tradition and charm and situated in the beautiful Giffre Valley, Morillon offers amazing skiing in winter and an abundance of outdoor activities throughout summer. It has also been awarded the French government's prestigious "Famille Plus" award for it's excellent children's facilities.

* Grand Massif
The Grand Massif ski area is really extensive providing a huge variety of skiing for all abilities. The proximity of the Mont Blanc massif ensures the snow depths are consistently the deepest in the French Alps. The north facing slopes of Samoens and Morillon retain good snow cover right through to the end of the season in April.
