Bonjour a tous,
Actuellement etudiante en deuxieme annee a l'ecole hoteliere de Lausanne, je dois partir en stage a partir du 1er fevrier jusqu'au 31 août 2017 et je cherche a sous-louer ma chambre a une personne respectueuse appreciant la vie en collocation. L'appartement est situe a l'Avenue Des Boveresses 66, 1010 Lausanne. A dix minutes a pied de l'arret de metro Croisettes. Il y a egalement le terminus du bus 6 (Praz-Sechaud) qui s'arrete juste devant l'immeuble. La frequence des bus est d'environ un toutes les 10-15 minutes. Cet arret de bus se trouve aussi sur la ligne Pijama les week-ends. Le loyer est de CHF 950.- par mois + les charges.Le loyer inclus :- Une grande chambre meublee- Une salle de bain a partager avec l'un des colocataires- Internet, television, Playstation, Wii, un fer a repasser, une machine a laver et un sechoir- 2 super colocataires - Nicolas Thury, egalement etudiant a l'ecole hoteliere, et Eloïse BabeyN'hesitez pas a me contacter si vous avez la moindre question !

I am leaving for my internship and I am looking for a respectful and easy-going student who could rent my room from the 1st of February until the 31st of July 2017. The apartment is located at Av. Des Boveresses 66, 1010 Lausanne, not far from the metro terminus Croisettes (10min walk). You will also found the bus terminus number 6 (Praz-Sechaud) to the city right in front of the building. This line is also served by the Pijama bus on week-ends.
