Our opinion
This is one of the stand-out chalets in the Chamonix Valley. Often ignored in favour of the more traditional areas further up the Valley, this position actually has some of the most stunning views there are, north, south, east and west. A quiet, peaceful setting, wonderful gardens and pool, backed by a very attractive modern chalet make this an exceptional product.

Chalet Couttet is situated just to the west of the les Pélérins area of Chamonix, 2.5km from the very centre of Chamonix. It is a peaceful, residential area with panoramic views of the peaks from le tour through to les Houches.

The chalet is a 20 minute walk to the edge of the town centre of Chamonix. There is a supermarket (Marche U) and boulangerie in les Pélérins, 500 metres (just over 5 minutes' walk) away.

For transport, the chalet is just 250 metres from the Pélérins train station with bus stops there and on Route des Pélérins (275 metres away). Access to the Route Blanche (Geneva, Mont Blanc tunnel) is very easy, 650 metres from the chalet.
