Chalet de la Plaine is an exceptional chalet located in a private, tranquil position within the exclusive Plaine des Praz. The chalet was entirely renovated and extended in 2011 with immense attention to detail, quality finishes and top of the range fittings.

The chalet is on 3 floors with the centrepiece being the open plan living area on the first floor. Our opinion
This is a rare product indeed. The present owners invested a great deal of time finding a special location, which Chalet de la Plaine certainly has. There are very few chalets in the Valley with such a pleasant, quiet setting yet easily walkable into the centre. The renovation is of a high standard and the extension has provided a quite special living area with all the glass and retractable doors.

The chalet is situated within the sought after Plaine des Praz area of Chamonix, just to the east of Chamonix itself and close to the village of les Praz and the golf course.

The nearest skiing is at Flégère, There is a bus stop nearby, as well as the train station, giving access to each of the ski areas in the Valley. There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops within easy reach, as well as the golf course. Chamonix itself is 2.5km away, a pleasant 30 minute walk along the river.
