Clos de Roches is situated in the heart of Les Praz village with several shops in the immediate vicinity (a village store, post office, ski/bike rental, bars and restaurants).

The development is very close to the Flégère cable car (350 metres) for access to the pistes and the golf course (650 metres). It is just over 2kms to the centre of Chamonix itself, a very pleasant 25 minute walk along the river.
