The kitchen is adjacent to this area and leads through to another balcony on the east side of the building, giving views towards Brévent and Les Aiguilles Rouges. Also at this level is a good sized double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, a large family bathroom with shower over the bath and a separate WC.

A wooden staircase leads up to the second floor which is currently used as an additional living area with balcony but could be easily separated to create another 1 or 2 bedrooms. There is also a large bedroom with its own balcony and a shower room with WC.

The apartment also has a large, private garage below that's long enough for plenty of ski and equipment storage.

Our opinion
Although only 2 bedroomed at the moment, Apartment Morgane is very large at nearly 118m², giving plenty of scope to add bedrooms and value. It is a standalone building and does not have any service charge, setting it apart from most other comparable properties.

Apartment Morgane is situated in the centre of Chamonix, less than 200 metres from the main shopping street and a similar distance from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is a supermarket and a number of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

For access to the pistes, the apartment is conveniently located close to the main bus stop (300 metres) as well as the Aiguille du Midi train stop (150 metres).
