At 36m² there is plenty of room to eat out or just sunbath and admire the Mont-Blanc view.

The dual-aspect master bedroom also has access to the terrace and further benefits from a large ensuite bathroom and a dressing area. There is a further bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest WC and a laundry area.

There are two underground parking spaces and a cave.

Our opinion
The entire apartment has been finished to a high standard and has true volume - certainly unusual in Chamonix where bedrooms can be crammed in just for rentals. If you're looking for a luxury apartment in a truly central location then this is certainly worth a visit.

Apartment Paccard is situated in the centre of Chamonix, next to the main shopping street approx. 500 meters from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There are supermarkets , shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

For access to the pistes, the apartment is conveniently located close to the main bus stop (500 metres) as well as the Aiguille du Midi train stop (750 metres).
