A recently refurbished 1st floor apartment with 3 bedrooms situated in the heart of Les Bossons.
The apartment comprises an open plan, spacious lounge centred around a wood burning stove, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, both of which have access to a large, south facing 35m² terrace. There are three large bedrooms, two of which have access to the south west facing balcony. The bathroom has a large corner bath with shower above. The entrance hall has plenty of cupboard space as well as a laundry cupboard. The refurbishment has been carried out to a high standard and included new windows, balcony doors, increased insulation, painted plaster walls with some wooden feature walls and oak floors.
As well as the terrace and balcony the apartment has access to a communal garden (shared between 3 properties). There is a separate shared parking, a private cave (currently also used for laundry) and a private garage.
Our opinion
Apartment Napoleon has been recently renovated to a high standard and has both a large terrace and a secure garage making it a interesting permanent or secondary residence. It offers great value when compared with central Chamonix and is under 5 minutes' away by car.
