Ground floor

The current owners tend to enter the house via the covered terrace which accesses the dining room, but there is also a main entrance.

The dining room (16.4m2) has a tiled floor and a brick fireplace. It opens to the kitchen (10m2) which also overlooks the living room. From the dining room, a pair of glass doors opens onto the lounge sitting room (37m2) with tiled floor and exposed beamed ceiling.
