Ground floor

The front door opens to the entrance hall (17 sq m) with tiled floor. To the right a door opens to an extremely spacious kitchen / breakfast room with high ceilings. The L-shaped kitchen (41 sq m) has a tiled floor and an extensive range of modern fitted units. From the kitchen area a few steps lead down to the breakfast area (26 sq m) which has picture windows opening onto a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards.
