Detached house with garden and pool in Sant Pol de Mar, one of the most charming towns of the Maresme area, 50 Km from Barcelona. Its location is perfect as it is minutes' walk from the beach and town center. The house is surrounded by a lush garden, an outdoor swimming pool and a large porch where you can relax and enjoy the cool temperature and contemplate the stunning views. The skyline views are indeed a constant in this house, the sea is visible from every corner. Once inside we get to the hallway that connects us to the garage and two staircases, one rising to the night area where there are three suite rooms with full bathrooms and with dressing room. And the other stair leads down to a large dining room with cozy fireplace and a porch, a large kitchen right next door and a bedroom suite.
