Chief Surveyor - Singapore

Are you an experienced Chief Surveyor specialized in Building Projects working with A1 Main Contractor companies in Singapore? Our client is actively looking for a Chief Surveyor who will be joining their growing team in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Accountabilities

• Experience working in a large-scale building, infrastructure or Mixed-us developments.
• Responsible for all surveying requirements at all stages of its’ development.
• Required to perform pre-construction surveys of work-sites including existing structures and infrastructure.
• Responsible for the setting out of the site providing a complete lay-out and guidelines of the construction site.
• Required to perform a survey of completed works.

BACKGROUND:

Our client is one of the largest General Contractors based in Singapore with large-scale projects in Singapore.

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years construction experience with large scale building projects within South East Asia.
• Relevant experience in construction surveying, preferably for building projects.
• Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, would be beneficial.
• Open nationality
