This holiday apartment will appeal to family and friends who want to be in the heart of everything but still ever so slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, as located in a quieter area of the Old Town. Bright, airy and spacious with a balcony off each bedroom. Wake up, step out onto the balcony and say hello to Nice before enjoying your continental breakfast.

Living Area

The living area is large and spacious with a three seater sofa and two matching armchairs so plenty of room to stretch out. There are individual coffee tables for your convenience and a rug to set the cosy atmosphere.

The dining area is open plan to the living area with a large glass dining table and six chairs. So if you can resist the allure of the huge selection of restaurants in Nice, you can enjoy living like a local, buying produce from the local markets and preparing a home cooked meal, French style.

Kitchen

The newly renovated galley style kitchen is separate to the living and dining area. It comprises a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, four ring hob and lots of storage and work top space to create your own French feast.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are very tastefully decorated with each leading onto a small balcony. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a built in wardrobe and an armchair for relaxing. Enjoy a sunny breakfast or an afternoon aperitif on the sunny balcony which overlooks the small square.

A travel cot will fit into the bedroom comfortably, but please note the steps involved in accessing the apartment.

The second bedroom is ideal for friends or children with two single beds, a bedside table with lamp, two wall lights, an armchair and also has a balcony. You can find wardrobe space in the hallway just outside the bedroom.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a wash basin with marble surround and overhead mirror.

There is a separate WC.

Flexible changeover dates. All prices for this holiday rental apartment in Nice are inclusive of Egyptian cotton linen and towels and utilities for four guests. The advertised nightly price is based on a week stay. You will pay more than the nightly rate for a stay of less than seven days. The longer you stay with us, the better the rate.
