Living Area

The spacious living room has been tastefully and comfortably decorated in sandy tones and furnished with a large 4 seater corner sofa and a separate beige two seater sofa. There is a coffee table, plenty of soft lighting, a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and the all-important air-conditioning.

From this room there is access onto the sizable balcony with a table and chairs to seat two and beautiful view – including a glimpse of the sea.

The living room also encompasses the dining area with a large wood dining table with chairs to seat four.

Kitchen

The kitchen is situated at the back of the apartment. It has been renovated in a modern style and includes all the mod-cons, a full size fridge freezer, four-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Bedrooms

The first, master, bedroom is situated at the back of the apartment and holds a king size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side. There is also a full length mirror, small fitted wardrobe and small desk. This room does not have air-conditioning but has been equipped with a good quality, quiet, free standing fan.

The second bedroom is situated at the front of the apartment with access onto a second balcony with table and chairs to seat two. The room has been finished with two single beds with bedside tables and reading lamps either side. There is a free standing wardrobe and air-conditioning.

Bathroom

The modern, renovated bathroom holds a large walk-in shower, wash basin with vanity unit and mirror and a heated towel rail. There is a separate WC next door.
