JOB TITLE

Clerk of Works ***Hong Kong

Our client is a local developer with business in property investment; property development and property management are seeking a clerk of works for their company. They are urgently looking for some Clerk of Works for their Hong Kong Projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise the builder works and administrate the Contract
Work inspection and reporting to ensure it on progress
Monitor all environmental, health and safety aspect of the Works

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies / Civil / Structural Engineering
Minimum 8- 10 years relevant experience in construction field
Knowledge in computer including work-processing and excel
Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English’
Holder of Safety Green Card is a must
