CONSTRUCTION FINISHING MANAGER – HIGH RISE BUILDING PROJECTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and establish detailed construction program
• Need to communicate with other sites and departments
• Coordinate with Design & Engineering Manager with regards to all drawings and also ensure that all required materials are delivered on time.
• Manage a team of specialists
• Ensure works progress smoothly as per schedule with necessary approvals
• Ability to coordinate between main & sub contractors / clients 7 engineers
• Reports to Project Director/Manager
• Progress meeting with client/engineer/sub contractors and construction team

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 10 years of construction experience in finishing works at senior level
• Only Singaporeans / PR
• Preferably from site / construction background
• High-rise building experience is a requirement
• Possess good leadership, planning and management skills
• Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and customers
