CONSTRUCTION MANAGER –*** HONG KONG

Opportunities exist for a Construction Manager working on large and prominent projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee projects from inception to completion stage
Involved in tendering and submissions to delivery and hand over
Keep up to date reports of the site progress
Coordinate work and advise on issues that may cause delays
Oversee site Subcontractors and managing Site Personnel and Foremen
Ensure work progress is to schedule and to Client specification
Daily liaisons with Contractors and Client

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS NEEDED

Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, and qualified member of HKIE / ICE / IStructE is preferable
Minimum 10 years' experience in mega sized construction works preferable
Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Construction Manager position
Committed to the achievement of the highest standards in all construction activities including safety and quality assurance
Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
