Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors on all contractual matters
Handle contractual claims, cost and budgeting, and variation orders
Review terms and conditions of contracts
Prepare contract documents and letters
Monitor the project budget, tender for new projects and contract administration.
Liaise closely with the consultants and sub-contractors on all contractual and commercial matters.

Pre-requisites:

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or any relevant discipline.
Experience working on heavy civil engineering works and deep excavation projects.
Experience of working on LTA Projects in Singapore is crucial,
MINIMUM 8 years working experience, within Civil Engineering projects.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
