Opis:

Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Specialist to undertake the following:-

Processing / checking / releasing of Corporate Actions transactions, using Smartsteam / T24 / Crest / Aqua / SWIFT / Citidrect / OBS / IGT

Ensure instructions are issued to registrars/custodians in good time, client record keeping is accurate at all times and that losses, complaints and error rates are minimal

Daily review of outstanding items on Transit/Broker/Nostro/Stock reconciliations relating to Corporate Actions as allocated by the Corporate Actions Manager, and appropriate action to facilitate timely clearance of outstanding items

Query Resolution as allocated by the Corporate Actions Team Leader

Review section procedures on a rolling basis to ensure that they are relevant, up to date, and reflect best practice

Requirements:-

A good understanding of market practice as it affects Corporate Actions in the markets
Experience of processing all types of UK and Foreign Corporate Actions including Dividends

Securities & Investments Institute (IAQ) qualified or studying towards qualification.
Good level of relevant experience in dividends/ corporate actions.
