Beautiful Farm between El Bosque and Algar (Cadiz), Spain The 235 ha ( 587 acres) farm lies in the hilly country side of the Sierra de Cadiz and just outside the Nature Reserve of "Los Alcornocales".

Half of the farm is "dehesa", rolling hills covered with cork oak and wild olive trees. The other half of the farm is agricultural land where wheat, sunflower or barley is produced. The farm offers something for everybody: besides being excellent land for agriculture it also offers superb riding and cattle farming. The farm also produces the popular "bellota" ham and excellent goat and sheep cheese. Eighteen acres of the farm are dedicated to an ecological vineyard of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and some other grapes producing a rich and exquisite red wine. Finally, the farm offers excellent hunting of deer, wild boar, even ibex, but also rabbit and fowl.

There is a typical andalusian farm complex built some thirty years ago. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two reception rooms with beamed ceilings, a large kitchen and several other rooms for storage and laundry. The large covered terrace offers beautiful views into the garden, the large swimming pool and beyond over the hilly landscape. There is a separate apartment for the staff with two bedrooms, bath, kitchen and lounge. Separated by an archway is a building for machinery and tools as well as a work shop. Some distance away from the main house is a large barn for the storage of the produce of the farm. A special highlight is an attractive freestanding building of about 180 m2 consisting of just one huge room with beamed ceiling, a large open fire place and several dining and lounge areas for celebrations, special events or parties. At the back of this building are 5 ample horse boxes. The farm has its own water wells, two large water reservoirs and electricity is produced by photo voltaic panels backed up by a strong generator. The smaller towns of Algar and El Bosque are just 15 minutes away and the international airports of Jerez de la Frontera about 45 minutes and of Malaga in about 75 minutes. The farm offers optimal conditions for leading the leisurely life of a country gentleman.
