The ranch lies only a few kilometers to the east of Spain's horse capital, Jerez de la Frontera, close to the highway Jerez-Sanlucar de Barrameda. The absolutely flat terrain is entered after passing an electric gate via a tree lined drive way and comprises 6.5 ha (16.25 acres) of which 5.5 ha are reserved for growing a variety of crop. The ranch buildings form a typical Andalusian courtyard with a spacious patio in the center of the u-shaped construction. The central building of the complex houses four horse boxes, the tack room and the storage for fodder and equipment.

Outside the completely walled ranch buildings is a 90 m2 (990 sq f) barn serving as a storage for straw and as a shelter for the horses. For working the horses there is a 35 x 15 meter riding school and between the school and the barn a large and fenced paddock. There is covered parking for four cars. The farm has mains electricity and water and is also hooked-up the the agricultural irrigation system. Presently the 5.5 ha of arable land is rented for € 3,000.00 p.a. The farm is sold including all furniture and equipment.
