Atractive Farm near Alacala de los Gazules, Cadiz, Spain for sale!

The farm has direct access from a tarmacked country road and lies about 5 minutes by car outside the historical town of Alacala de los Gazules. The farm has an area 7.7 ha (19 acres) and is a typical “dehesa” filled with rich mature cork oak trees. The slightly hilly terrain surprises with abundant vegetation and plenty of water which offers perfect opportunities to keep horses, cattle etc including in the hotter summer months. There are several buildings on the farm: the main building has a built area of 140 m2 (1,550 sqq f). This building incorporates a two bedroom apartment of some 80 m2 ( 900 sq f) with a generous lounge incorporating an open plan kitchen, a shower room and a loft which is reached from the lounge by a metal staircase.
The remaining 60 m2 are reserved for two horse boxes and a tack room. Alongside the whole building is a spacious covered terrace offering beautiful views into the finca and the riding arenas. Nearby is another stable building with 50 m2 (550 sq f) and an equally large barn for storing straw and fodder. Three riding arenas offer excellent condition for training your horses: one arena of 20 x 50 m, one of 20 x 20 m and a round pen with a diameter of 12 meters.

Water is obtained from a well and a spring on the property and it is possible to hook up to city water as well. For electricity there is a strong generator. The town of Alcala de los Gazules breathes the typical Andalusian flair and provides excellent shopping, plenty of restaurants and little bars. The nearest motorway access is also only minutes away and the airports of Jerez de la Frontera, Seville and Malaga 60, 90 and 120 minutes respectively.
