This cortijo is perfectly habitable as it stands. It has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and 2 living rooms on the ground floor and a further 3 double bedrooms plus 2 smaller rooms on the 1st floor – these could be made into a bedroom with ensuite bathroom or two bathrooms? The track to the house is about 100 meters long – great views too! Totally charming. It has an outbuilding and a garage too.
There is an old ruin attached on one side which may be available to purchase. The lake is about 5 mins drive down the road and the village just a bit further with bars, local shops, schools etc.
