This family, modern 4-star hotel lies on a plot of 3.225m² in a quiet, coastal village and is only 300m from the beach.

The long, beautiful beach is only 1' minute walking distance from the hotel, it is sandy and little pebbly. The beach is organised with sunbeds, sunobrellas but there is enough space for those that look for their privacy. There are many souvenir shops and stores located at a close distance.

The three-storey hotel comprises of two parts. The first part was constructed in 1989 and the other in 2004.

The total surface of the hotel is 3.145m². It includes 56 apartments, a staff room and there are 215 beds in total.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed following the modern style. The apartments are large two roomed suite. The bedroom has two single beds and the lounge has one or two full size couches or sofa beds. The lounge area has kitchen facilities as well as a dining table. Most apartments have small gardens although some have balconies.

This hotel includes a restaurant, a gym, a gamesroom, a mini market, two (2) swimming pools (one adult - one children), a kitchen and indoors, outdoors bars.

The restaurant is used for serving breakfast and dinner buffet to the customers. The restaurant is fully equipped and satisfies the highest expecations.

The swimming pool area has plenty of space for many sunbeds and the pool bar can serve immediately the needs of the swimmers.

The Mini market covers basic needs of the guests as daily bread, foodstuffs, souvenirs and beach equipment. The reception offers internet facilities.

The hotel is provided with underground garage with 30 lots.

The hotel occupies 14 employees. The business signs yearly contracts guarantee and allotment, hosting Polish, Scandinavian, English and French tourists.


Location

The municipality is situated only a few kilometers west from Chania and offers a variety of amenities and facilities, with many taverns, restaurants, bars, shops and anything that you wish. The entertainment should be of your high priority, while you can find small taverns in peaceful places on the beach. The road is extended all along the long beach, giving one the opportunity to admire the sea and to have easily access to the beach any time.

The beautiful beaches attract the majority of tourists and local people as they are easily reached with buses. During the high season, the place is overcrowded, while the winter converts into a calm suburb.
