The Land (4.7 hectares)

The river Dropt borders the property for half and mile and feeds a small lake which both provide great fishing opportunities. Species include Pike, Zander, Bream, Roach, Dace and Perch.

Sluice gates on the property are used to control the water-levels of the lake during periods of rain.

The area :

5km from the bustling bastide town of Villereal, which has restaurants, bars, shops, an infant school and a 14th century covered market. Castillonnes has a secondary school, and is around 8km away.

The other nearby towns of Monflanquin, Monpazier, Issigeac and Castillonnes are popular with tourists and well worth a visit.

Bergerac airport is 30 minutes' drive away, and the airports of Bordeaux and Toulouse are both around 2 hours' drive away.
