DESIGN MANAGER

Our client, a design firm dedicated to the creation and crafting of cutting edge and outstanding work, offers ideas & solutions that are intended to mark milestones in the fields of Architecture, Interior Design and Industrial Design services.

Since its inception from its group – one of Europe’s largest architectural firms spanning over 40 years in operation – our client’s firm has been a place for ideas & thoughts and particularly dedicating its services to work on high-end lifestyle and commercial projects for the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Attend weekly client meetings
• Attend design and site meetings with Consultants
• In charge of developing architectural design from conceptual to construction tender packages
• Managing schedule and workload for Project Coordinators and in-house 3D artist
• Oversee drawing submissions and arrange consultation with local authorities
• Correspond with clients on the design progress update

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Architecture
• Must have at least 5 years experience
• Wide range experience in design large scale projects
• Vast experience with constructions systems and standards
• Skills in managing a design team and coordinating work with consultants
• Skills in production coordination, vetting and checking of design drawings and specifications
• Proficient in ARCHICAD / MAC OS X preferred
