JOB TITLE

DESIGN MANAGER

An opening has occurred for a Design Manager. You will be working on major development projects in Hong Kong and East Asia – great opportunity to develop a team, client relationships, and work on luxury, high-end projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for reviewing and assisting designs for current and new projects
- Lead a team of engineers, delegate work, ensure design adhere to specifications and standards, involve with training, build strong relationships with Clients
- Inspect site and quality of construction, also factory investigation
- Keen eye on construction timescales, aware of costs/budgets, schedules and processes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Degree in Engineering, or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in design management/interior fit-out
- Must be familiar with Design software packages
- Strong in leading a team, design knowledge and delivering competent solutions
- Natural leadership ability, proficient in building client relationships, commercially aware individual
- Fluent in Cantonese, English

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Design Manager
