Dolce Acqua is an enormous apartment spanning 110 square meters, seconds away from the Promenade des Anglais and ideally placed for easy access to the shops and amenities of Boulevard Gambetta. Although modernised the apartment has retained the traditional, French feel with art-deco cornicing and original parquet flooring.

This vast property comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a small balcony and air-conditioning.

Living Area

Simple, clean and comfortably furnished, the living room, like the rest of the apartment has original parquet flooring and art-deco cornicing. Two deep three-seater sofas provide the seating around a varnished wood coffee table. The walls are decorated with sunny photos of Nice and the Mediterranean – which you can see for real out of the triple windows. There is also a TV with DVD player.

The dining room also forms a part of this spacious living area where you find a dining table to seat six and an elegant sideboard.

The air-conditioning operates from one unit only, situated in the hallway.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been completely modernised in a minimal, sleek style. There is plenty of storage space, a four ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has been finished with elegant patterned curtains and an enormous emperor sized bed. There are bedside tables and reading lamps either side, plenty of storage in the built in wardrobes, a small vanity table with mirror and chair and an ensuite bathroom. This room looks out over the inner courtyard of the building.

The second bedroom is situated at the front of apartment overlooking Boulevard Gambetta and has been finished with touches of light blue. This room has access onto the small balcony with sea view on one side. This rooms holds a superking size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps either side along with a single wardrobe, chest of draws and vanity table with mirror and stool. There is also an ensuite bathroom.

The third bedroom is also situated at the front of the apartment overlooking Boulevard Gambetta. It has been finished with touches of blue and orange and holds two twin beds with bedside tables and reading lamps either side. There is plenty of storage in the built in wardrobes.

Bathroom

The first bathroom, off the master bedroom holds a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.

The second bathroom which is an ensuite to the second bedroom has been completely renovated and holds a spacious walk in shower, wash basin, vanity unit with mirror and toilet.

The third bathroom is situated just next to the twin bedroom and holds a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, vanity unit, mirror and a toilet.

There is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.
