The villa is the result of the renovation of a farmhouse that was built over the centuries. Some parts of the building go back as far as the end of the 17th Century.
The house is on three levels and has a gross area of about 460 sqm.

Condition

The house has been renovated with the utmost care, using antique and top quality materials.
The floors are all made from terracotta and the ceilings are made with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.

The villa is surrounded by a park of about 3800 sqm which is partly garden and partly olive grove, in the midst of which there is a small organic lake overlooking the coast.
