This is the Ezequiel Porcel's House, built on 1883 and it presents all the constructive characteristics of the time: solid brick walls and substructure of unidirectional metal beams with a 'Volta Catalana' for the formation of the forged. The building follows the dictates of the municipal ordinance of the late nineteenth century: A mezzanine that sets it apart from other plants the absence of balconies, with the maintenance of the dimensions of the openings of the ground floor and the extension of its lining. Assorted elements, balconies with stone slab and cast iron balustrade, are insinuated in the mezzanine floor, wider on the second floor where the balcony is long, and are reduced in the upper floors.
